Fresh, Pressed Bottom-Fermenting Brewer’s Yeast

In addition to malt and other cereals, hops and water, brewer’s yeast is the fourth ingredient in traditional beer brewing. Larger breweries grow this „raw material” themselves in their own yeast propagation plants. All other, mainly smaller breweries with smaller output, pub- and micro-breweries, are dependent on a reliable yeast supply from outside sources.
