This
bottling machine was designed especially for small business
to facilitate the filling of glass and plastic bottles
with carbonated beverages like beer, soft drinks, champagne
or sodas and mineral waters. In order to satisfy requirements for
great flexibility, this bottling machine can handle all
common bottle sizes and types: 0,2 l to 2,5 l, with crown
corks, twist-off caps made of aluminium or plastic or
clip-lock bottle. The special design of the filling valve
prevents the beverage to be filled from “breaking”,
so that no additional foam is formed. TECHNICAL DATA: Capacity of the bottle filling
machine: The filler is offered with 2, 4 or 6 filling
valves. Depending on the bottle size, the filling capacity
of each filling valve (head) ranges between 30 to 50 bottles
per hour. Except for the sealing elements, all of the
filler parts that are in contact with the product are constructed
of easy to care for stainless steel.
