Information about Cost and Disposition for our fresh, pressed Brewer’s Yeast

A. The Cost-Advantage is Evident!

According to the number of generations you re-use the yeast, you can calculate with costs of approx. USD 0,10 to 0,20 per hl of beer. In the case of top-fermenting yeast these costs may be approx. USD 1,20 per hl. If you take the product-security (microbiological, healthiness of the strain) into consideration, they will not influence your calculation!

B. Packaging for Shipment

We deliver yeast to every country in the world. The pressing technology and packaging - together with internationally recognized air freight carriers - guarantee that the yeast reaches our customers in perfect conditions.

Package sizes are from 12 kg to 25 kg per package-unit, as well as their multiples. In case of smaller quantities we charge extra for the handling.

The pressed yeast is packaged airtight and hygienically first into sterile plastic bags, then into solid, insulated containers. Cooling accumulators provide necessary cooling during transportation. For very distant destinations, the containers are then packed into a second larger and as well insulated drum that is cooled with dry ice or cooling accumulators.

C. Ordering for Shipment

Generally, we need 2 weeks notice prior to shipment. When ordering, please remember that on the day of the plane’s arrival your shipment must be processed by the customs agency without delay. Do organize in time with custom clearing together with your local custom-clearing agent. In case of ordering smaller quantities, please note there is a surcharge for additional handling.

D. Cost

Upon your request we are happy to prepare concrete offer for you. As well as we will prepare at cost all required documents and certificates (i.e. EUR1 or GOST-certificate, etc.) and organize the shipping of the airport of destination - wherever your are. Do not hesitate to contact us!
