How does it work?

Application:
Usable for washing, disinfecting with steam and pre-pressurisation with CO² of all types of KEGs (DIN, EURO, SCHLANK-Keg, ECO-Keg, etc.), equipped with flat, combi or Sankey-type fittings.
The capacity of the KEG-washer is depending on the degree of soilage - approx. 10 KEGs per hour.

Material:
The KEG-washer is built completely in stainless steel, with EPDM seals; the KEG-holding device is made in a special plastic.

Construction: Mounted on the base frame you find:
- 2 washing solution tanks (1 for hot caustic soda, 1 for an acid disinfectant)
- 2 stainless steel pumps
- the KEG holding device with the washing head
- the piping with the manually operated butterfly valves.
The electronic control panel (including the thermostat, probe for protection of the heating pole against overheating, “KEG-ready-probe”, pump dry-run-protection) is located in the separate box.
